Improve how you feel in just 10 minutes with this quick neck and shoulder stretch.

Ever wake up unable to turn your head because of a kink in your neck? Do your shoulders feel hiked up next to your ears from stress? Wonder how you can stretch your neck and shoulders to release that tension?

You’re not alone. Most of us carry varying amounts of stress and tension in our neck and shoulders. Sometimes our breath has become so compromised by stress, and we lift our shoulders every time we inhale. If we take in approximately 20,000 breaths a day, that’s a lot of unneccesary tension created across the neck and shoulders!

Watch this 10 minute video to learn a few quick and easy neck and shoulder stretches to relieve stress and release tension.

Many of us carry stress in our neck and shoulders. These quick and easy stretches can be done standing or sitting, from anywhere at any time. I truly hope they help you to releive tension and feel better!
