Chair Yoga Stretches for Sitting at a Computer

Moriah Diederich, Yoga Mojo

Holistic Yoga Therapist™, RYT500, Accessible Yoga Ambassador

How can I quickly and easily do chair stretches at work or at home?

In this video I shared a few tips and tricks on KGW’s Portland Today show that help warm up and stretch out the kinks built-up from working at a computer all day. These chair stretches are accessible to everyone and can be done standing or sitting.

In this video, certified Holistic Yoga Therapist Moriah Diederich shares a few quick stretches you can do throughout your day to help loosen up your tight neck, shoulders, wrists and upper body. Video posted on KGW Portland Today channel 8 serving Vancouver, Washington and the surrounding Clark County area.
